SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA 

We use Australia Post eParcel to ship within Australia. All orders shipping within Australia will be dispatched 1-2 working days after purchase.

Parcel tracking is sent once order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

Standard international shipping is currently available to customers within the United States and New Zealand. 

Shipping rates are worked out by weight and are available for customers to see at check out. 

We ship with Australia Post eParcel. International customers receive an email/text updates on parcel progress. 

If you wish to track your parcel simply head to the Australia Post website and enter in your tracking number. 

Once your parcel has been delivered to your shipping address we take no responsibility for any theft or damage that may occur. If you think your address may not be safe to leave a parcel unattended please make sure you write a secure address alternative e.g. a business address. We do not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. 

For accurate shipping times, check the Australia Post website. Shipping times are only an estimate and we take no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. Due to the continuing COVID 19 pandemic shipping times can vary, and may take up to 6 weeks in some locations. 

 

Duties & Taxes 

Please note shipping costs do not include any local taxes or duty fees. Any customs duties, taxes or additional fees that may be determined by the customers local government are the customers responsibility to pay. 

Under no circumstance will we accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges or failure to pay duty fees, and we are not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

DAMAGES IN DELIVERY

We mindfully check over each order before we ship it off to you, however it is possible for items to be damaged during delivery. If this occurs, please contact us directly at info@totumnaturopathy.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your purchase. If a product is damaged during delivery we are happy to honour a replacement, however a photograph of damage/defect is required. Regular shipping rates apply for replacements.
